Jan 19, 2014· Remember always round up for example when I weigh an item, I put the item, the mailer (box or bubble) a packing slip, any packing materials, and half a sheet of paper (to stand in for the label) on the scale, if I get 4.0 oz, I round up to 5 oz, because I will use 3 strips of packing tape to fasten the shipping label, plus at least one strip of tape to seal the mailer.
